Gina was easy to work with, she was always available to answer our questions. We do regret having accepted the offer presented to us, especially when it was so low, and continued to be even with negotiation. Should have pushed back harder, or held onto the house longer. Wish we had not listened to The idea that we might not get another offer . All the issues we had, with buyers, cleaners, and movers made this the most stressful unpleasant experience we have ever experience.
